if you fancy theme & intro control via panel(on the forum) just use an earlier 501 like ?? this build 706 (another fantastic post by @keeney )

as @G-man noted several posts up, until there's a major version number update from 501, one can just as well use any version of 501 that works best for their need

the new xciptv global search is kinda 'meh' in it's current form imho, it'd obviously improve in time... and aside from other lil tweaks there isn't really anyother "mind blowing" major differences in 501 builds

Anyone managed to add app to 706 panel. Tried url encrypted and not encrypted. But just crashes the app

hi @Gaz2909 , do you mean using panel in the 706xc post?
most likely you haven't added the Api php file as mentioned in the instructions on this 717 thread..... once you do that, and follow other steps to encrypt url etc it should work without app crashing

Did add the api file using 706 its called something else so changed name so it would recognise it. Tried both encrypted and not for url to panel both occasions it crashed

what do you mean "using 706"? are talking about 706app or the panel that's in 706 thread?
if you're talking about the panel on 706 thread you don't need to rename anything, just add the api php file from this 717 thread and follow encryption n other steps

717 app 706 panel. Yeah mate spot on that sorted it but as like 712 and 717 the themes don't work on the app from panel. So easy to stick with panel that comes with

the app is not tuned to take the themes mate, nothin to do with panel

go to announcement section on panel and either set it to inactive or put in a message of your choice

All I'm getting is problem parsing this file when I try to install it, if I go through apk editor and select apk file it doesn't recognise it as a apk anyone advise please?

I think the apk is corrupt can this be re uploaded please

THE SDK VERSION needs changed from 30 to 29 on common edit then it’ll install on any devices if you don’t know how to do this i’ll reupload apk tomorrow

So first of all I changed SDK version to 29

Then I decrypted Url as said in the instructions with /api/ at the end of my panel address and the app just crashes once I open it,

Any suggestions or can u point me in the right directions please

encrypt url not decrypt mate and use MT for that bit not apk editor

Yeah that's what I meant encrypt haha its OK I'll just stick with xciptv 714 I got that working fine
