whew !!! so we are on 717 now ? how many 501 versions have there been ?
not planning to do anything major with XCIPTV until they update the 501 number , nice little tweaks ,global search but really ?
This is nice for those who like shinny things but dont beat yourself up if you cant get it to run , if you have earlier 501 version that works well with your panel stick with that for now , no doubt there have been tweaks and little fixes but not enough to change up i think besides what you design say on 710 only takes a short while to convert to a higher version number , did this today while board. design works with all 501 versions, just change images out easy as that.

seeking help is understandable.... also showing a bit of effort to help one's self really goes a long way
even google/online search can help with basic generic/general stuff
example, where is strings.xml located .... in google and first result is amazing lol?
