I contacted support and they suggested the following

i just conctacted hostinger on their live chat, they are marking as a malware the .htaccess file ( is it really a malicious file ? )
Whats really weird here is that is only happening on smarters panels, xciptv and purple are ok

Yeah malware detection on there can remove some code some times, i have it happen on my hosting i sell, i have imunify 360 premium which protects server and malware and can whitelist it if happens.

I have weird issues, about 10% of users absolutely can't log in to my app (or iptv smarters) even with vpn. Then 10% of people who CAN log in, have problems getting both audio and video to play for some channels. Everybody else is fine

Guys I received a email from hostinger a few days ago stating that they would be doing Maintenance on servers on 08/10/2022 so that could be the issue.

I dont think its the hosting , its only doing what its supposed to do ? its checking and deleting dodgy files ,
the main file being the .htaccess file ? if your panel has this file encoded I would delete it and replace it with one that is not OR use the panel files from the original maker who is FTG his files work its the cut and shove jobs that are causing problems .
point of interest is it only V3 panels the problem is appearing in ? are v2 ok ? are your panel files encoded ?

It's Manuel, I assisted you earlier and our department in charge reviewed and they indicate that this is part of a violation of our terms of service in the sense that it offers pirated content and that is why it is being removed.
They also tell us that they have seen other requests regarding this issue, so it is likely that they either have other accounts where they have requested that this code not be deleted, or their customers are experiencing the same thing on other accounts at Hostinger.
Using pirated content is against our terms and is therefore being removed.

a panel is not pirated content ? thats like saying you cant use your tv because it may show pirated content ?

Log in and out it comes back. My last sacn was 1 hour ago and nothing got flagged. I altered alot of the flagged files.

Just restore from a backup in the hpanel. And do regular daily manual backups.

I have had both encrypted and non deleted. I have gone through all and removed unessential parts. IP/OS/Device scanners any snoop stuff. Re done all .htcacces files. Cleaned and removed any redundant codes. Like the this file was decrypted by .......

Keeps happening to me as well with Hostinger but I am getting a bunch of BS excuses from them as most here already have. Their claim is that it violates their terms and conditions. However I am making an argument with them now that we do not host any content with the files that keep getting deleted. Therefore as no content is being hosted no Piracy laws are being broken. Lets see where that takes us.

I have had hosting with them for over 3 years and they have never bothered. They bring in some sh*tty scanner and its all went to pot.

Check the malware scanner they might removed several files I thought the same. They removed 150 files from me I keep restoring and they keep deleting so I am sitting at probably 600 deleted files.
