INFO Smarters v3 ads suddenly not workin

Hey guys, suddenly my v3 Smarters stopped working,
dns are ok on the panel, panel is up, but clients just can’t login, it was working fine until 3 hours ago ?
Any ideas ? I’m kinda new at this, panel is on hostinger

Yep same issue can’t work out what’s causing it
Seems like the app won’t talk to panel files

my stuff I hosted in Hostinger so it’s either the app or Hostinger has deleted some files somewhere

Yeah looks like they have removed files from api folder as looking through there malware scanner they have deleted some files

all ok here but hostinger has more than one server

Maybe uploading the panel again will solve it ?

Hostinger are starting to be d*cks. Make sure you have a back up as they are suspending accounts.

Probably best of downloading the .dB from API folde then reuploading panel maybe?

I just notice the file missing is .htaccess
Just uploaded that file again and it’s all working now

I’ve messaged hostinger to reinstate the files and to mark them as safe on there malware scanner also

i also had issue other day all my panels kept going up and down but there wasnt an issue nowhere to be found and support said tere wasnt any noticable issues the shit just went down suddenly for about 45mins. soon as i pmd them it was back up b4 i got a response. this first time ive ever had anything down or any issue in the 2yrs doing apps and i have the middle plan

They contacted me to say that "pirate streaming application files" had been reported on my hosting I had for nearly 3 years. I had to transfer it all to a new company.

simple fix is to re up the panel and insert back the dns

New panel was uploaded yesterday. Fixed the problem but today not working again.
