Maybe try the v3 panel seen as your trying to use v3 app?

Works fine w/ this panel. I was pleasantly surprised to discover that I didn't have to pick a portal...

Nice app miss labeled by the way its not 3.1.5 think its 3.1.2 ?
got it up and running using v2 panel and adding the .php extensions.

good news is if you like this look and want it for 3.1.5 only a little bit of work to do only six images to change in original 3.1.5

i got it working with multi dns panel that was posted last night and another multi dns panel i got
