this error always appears and after installing it does not open the panel.

ive set up an old desktop pc with ubuntu 18 server, I have put this set up on it and working, my only issue is connecting it to an app to use the subscriptions I set up ...can anyone help understand what I'm missing? ps only set up on an old desktop to test out how this works and how to set all up before getting a dedicated server to use

just worked it out.. was using the wrong port lol I'm an eejit
