INFO Xciptv not working on Certain Firesticks ?

Hello everyone and happy holidays does anyone know how to fixed the xciptv since the last firestick update the Xciptv player is not working on certain firesticks mainly the 4k version has anyone ran into this problem and does anyone have a solution if any how to fix this thanks all

hummmm yes what have you renamed the app to ? for what you mentioned no gaps in name , so MY XCIPTV will not work where as MYXCIPTV will

i replace all spaces with underscore for any app names MY_XCIPTV as some older boxes also error for this

The changing of the name to 1 word no spaces didn't help still same getting black screen on 4k firesticks???

Is this on Hardcoded or Panel xciptv? And are you using video intro on all of them?

As fare as I know it works on android boxes , mobile phones , sheilds and non 4k firesticks

I am finding it hard to understand this to be honest , i have myself made a shit load of XCIPTV apps as well as the lads in a group i am in i would imagine it would run at over 1,000 give or take and we had this issue which was fixed by removing the spaces in the name , I know there is an issue with firesticks not showing the app banner or logo on the homescreen but this also is fixable. Am at a loss as to why this issue is showing ? if you send me the app i can check it for you if you want.

I had issues myself with XCIPTV App and similar issue no playback, black screen.
Have you checked changing player in settings to alternative no currently in use, Simple fix that has worked for me 95% of the time.

hello m8 , this was fixed it was the renaming of the app that was the problem.
