REQUEST XCIPTV 803 Intro "Can't Play This Video" Issue

Good Evening all -

Got the xc mentioned above installed after rebranding. Intro is uploaded and showing on the panel and also plays, but when I launch the app on Bluestacks it shows an error message "Can't play this video".

Is there a known issue with this? I did also notice even before it was rebranded that even the basic intro wasn't loading.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The same thing happens to me if I compile it with apk editor ultra, but if I use mtmanager it works fine for me

This is the exact editor i used. Ill check MT and get back to you

You can remove the intro in the manifest by swapping
SplashActivity and SplashVideoActivity around

Extracted the APK to open it up in MT - Signed it and reinstalled. Still "Can't play this video". Looks like I cant figure this out out :'(

make sure your video doesn't exceed 10secs in length or 10mb in size

Bout are true - 8.2mb and 5secs long. There's got to be something in the connection to the panel.
