tested but on dvb a lot of issue

panel work fine

encoder not at all use libx265( not configurable) and consume a lot of cpu it is better to use nvenc and cuvid

I used TBS 8 tuner without problems, but only with h264 transcoding, 265 no tested yet.

yes add your pc ip in the nginx config
