To be honest I'm not clued up on vpns whmcs looks simple to use but I had a billing panel from them a couple of years ago but there customers service is a joke so not paying them for it

There is an ad for vpnshop on the front page, check them out. Cheap & they provide a whmcs module.

i know eggzie is the only one who has got it to work. As i havent seen it on here besides the xc vpn which is in no way automated. is here however i don't think its what you are looking for.
