This more than likely has something to do with missing lib folders
I made the changes with this new panel but now don't work!
I put on libs as the old panel but don't work! App runs but stays in loop on video screen!!! Give not mac to add on panel!!!
What is the new directions?!

I have made it worked, but mate you have a error code on 1234566.php that makes panel don't work on app.
You may made that change! I send a PM to you to edit that error!!!

I have not been able to find the a full set of lib files. I have played around with others but nun work right.

I went to upload the files and apk provided here and the panel has an error in: users.php, where it did not create users errors in lines 63,64,65,66 and 67, I corrected it and the users.php file is available here for anyone who wants it , some things I translated into my Pt-Br language, easy to return to En
Note: apk and panel 100% functional in arm64-v8a, only lib available in it
