To be honest the readme is a little light but if you know what your doing it’s straight forward to install.

install steps are:
follow readme
create MySQL database
create MySQL user & grant permissions
import db.sql to database
copy files from cli to etc/php/7.4/cli
edit _db.php with MySQL details
copy panel files to var/www/html
restart apache service
login with admin/Admin@2022##

from memory that’s all it is.

You will need to make sure you have turned on open_short_tags in php.uni in both php Apache & Cli

Can be either as long as you enter the details in correct location in _db.php
