No it is not. reason being the epg bug unfortunately.
2.1.5 works pretty well; however, it doesn't have true XC API support...which came with 2.7

Its a well known fact only 2.1.5 does not have the bug , if your just using it for personal use jump on the official either pay for it or use free version , also pay no attention to the MODDED version numbers , they are all over the place

After installation you can click "Login Now" (when you press "next" the apk crashes dont know how to grey out this "next" but thats another thing) after "Login Now" you have to type the "server address", "Username" and "pw". But I only want to type "Username" and "pw" to login and fill "Server Address" invisible in the backgroud with the same server address. Sry for my english...

So I started by changing the startup settings, I disabled the options:
"Automatically launch the app on startup"
"Call to the last channel when starting the app"
Then I left the playlist options enabled:
"Show Playlist"
"Update playlist on start"
I changed it now in EPG:
"Keep EPG for 4 DAYS"
Disabled in EPG:
"Update on startup"
"Update when changing playlist"
The bug I noticed is as follows:
It doesn't lose the EPG, but some other scan overwrites the EPG that already exists causing all channels to be without EPG, but for a few minutes the epg flashes with data and disappears, so I believe it's these updates settings.
I'm now more than a week without my EPG bugar, I unplug the tv, turn it on again, turn off the internet.
If I continue to go a month without losing the EPG, I will re-enable the option:
"Automatically launch the app on startup"
And see how it behaves, at least for me this is being useful.
how do you hide dns from view i followed https://appsnscripts.com/index.php?threads/hide-dns-etc-in-tivimate.250/ but it does not work for this version as script is different
I noticed with this version that fewer VOD movies are displayed, so over 1000 entries are missing. With 2.1.5 version they are all displayed. Did you notice that too? Have you compared this?

hi @Lokie did you read the instructions within the file you downloaded? and what have you tried?
which editing app did you use to try to find it? (or maybe you're new to editing n have never searched within an apk dex/smali for text?)
also, if epg is important to you then this might not be the best option for you as tivimate 270 has a known epg bug issue
