All IPTV users out there
Here are what i consider the Big three players this year in order I have them on my own device.
No1 Sparkle TV
No2 MyTVOnline
No3 (MODDED) TIVIMATE (FTG Version)
All apps work without issue and all are modified versions , people may ask about Tivimate ? I have had this version installed since early this year when all the other versions were released , I stuck with the FTG version as he seldom makes mistakes and will sort something out if its needed. I checked today and the footprint is still under 200mb so the epg issue does not show on my Nvidia devices (not to sure about sticks etc as i dont use them often enough)
MyTvonline still has some little niggles although I have managed to sort a few out myself but for these little things this would be pushing hard for the number one spot its a shame the modder has not addressed these though. Side note contact has been made with the original modder and he is looking into a few little things.
No1 has to go to Sparkle TV , what made this so good in V1.7 has been improved upon and it feels like a totally different app ,the video here was shot in real time and thats how fast it really is when channel zapping but to be fair all three are rapid. I just think Sparkle is now that much smoother than the other two of course its horses for courses and what some will love others will hate
IBO came close this year but i still think the absolute layout has still not yet been found for this app just yet there are tons out there but all are not quite there i personally think. maybe the coming year will see one
Smarters V4 did a good job if not cosmetically is was improved under the hood. most people like smarters but has it been improved enough to keep up with the big boys ? I am not sure.
Purple has been treading water for the last 12 months adding a different layout every so often is not improving the overall app.
XCIPTV - has gotten worse over the last 12 months they really need to sort it out if it were not for modders this app would be dead long ago.
A few others have appeared like NexTV but for me they just have not done enough to warrent being on anyones device long term , you have or need to like using your primary live tv app i know its all a question of taste at the end of the day and this is only for a bit of fun to start a thread off as no doubt other people on here will have their own top three...... so lets see them
