I'm having the issue that once i have changed the dns in "rtx_rebrand.json"
im getting compiling error

no resource identifier found for attribute 'requestlegacyexternalstorage' in package 'android'

this happens if i just open the original apk and compile it too but the original apk installs and works does anyone have a solution

also if i edit the file through a emulator like bluestacks it finish's and signs but when going to install it says package seems to be corrupt

I use mt manager on my android phone .
Edit dns I want .
Save it
Then went to
APK editor to edit name and logos .
And hasn't broken app

you are correct m8 the errors occur when they try to use easy apk editor or apk tool it will not recompile even if you dont change anything the key word is MT MANAGER it doesnt have to be used but should be used

Cheers guys so i tried MT manager and wasn't completely sure how to use it, i was still getting error messages when trying to install after editing the file and saving it, i did sign the file after editing it and that seems to have worked haven't tried installing it on any other devices yet
