So is it url as in panel, or dns as in hardcoded? Can you not look to see version lol? Saves downloading a 3.0.8 when 3.1.5 is newest

Most hardcoded apps have your DNS which is why he asked that

Correct. And it's also under smarters mods category and not hardcoded category so a bit cockeyed to say the least the comment made by uploader.

Have a go mate not tried it. If not link it to a mega panel or extract the icons and add them to a multi dns hc smarters
