is it not connecting when you try test connection ? make sure you have put a / at the end of the server url and dont put http example is mydns.com:1234/ also if you are a service admin do not use that info for user and pass it is for resllers info and would not connect for me either with admin acct so I created a reseller acct and worked fine

if you have the captcha active it will not work

It was brought to my attention that are smarters reseller module on here is the old xtream codes version so heres a link for the Xtreme UI module nulled I have used it for building serveral billing panels seem to work best with whmcs 7.8 or lower. *** Hidden text: cannot be quoted. ***

Did you have to set up a server group? Because I'm connected but when I try to create a trial it only creates the username and not a password. My password is autogenerated in my panel so not sure what settings I should be using. I changed the character limit to 10 as that's how it generates the characters when a line is created. I'm using whmcs 8.4 by the way

What version of whmcs are you using? number one is it an official whmcs or one of the copies of the form the site. I prefer those cuz there's no callbacks or any checks from whmcs themselves. I suspect that might be your problem if that's not your problem your best next step would be to delete the ad on module and re-added and then when you go to configure it in whmcs it should pop up when you go to the license should having empty field where you input anything and hit save if you have the correct version it's easy to tell it will say at the bottom of licensing screen for the add-on nulled by art76 make sure you have the right copy this two copies on this form for some reason I don't know why they don't take down.

The reason it's not creating a password you said your panel automatically generates them if that happens it will just spit out the username and my experience I can't remember if it passes on the passwords it's a panel generates to the email that sent to the customer on us activation you just have to test that

From the appearance of your second screenshot you're using the wrong module the Ws reseller module I've never seen work make sure you download the one I posted you don't have to use whmcs 7.1 anymore it works with the latest version as of last time I tested it and research my post history you'll be able to find the correct working module

how do you create a server group and i cannot find the lisc.php file for the 8.40.

However, when you try to assign the module to a product I get "Invalid or Expired license key".
Is this properly nulled?
