This is not a good thing. A person who does this can send a notification from there whenever he wants.

This is not a backdoor its just a oneSignal API if you are aware of it you should have removed it aearlier

you need to change name in base64 within smali also, as with most smarters

if the name of the app is Smarters
base64 encrypt that word which is U21hcnRlcnM=
and search for that in classes

yes you need to read up on how to change smarters name and package name as that is where your mistake is
