try this one theres only one panel to did still working geting complete if you want the ads be working some panels would use /api/adview.php or /api/webview.php rtxadview.php

So to make everything work need to grab multiple files from the adpanel directory and move them into the main panel area then redo the calls to match. Then it can be all one panel instead of 2.
