Done a temp fix for this here is the file just replace the 1 in the root folder of the panel

Does not work for me. I replaced the same file in the root of the panel files but still unable to add ads. On one of your earlier panel files submissions the ads work fine

I have the working panel from when @AfterLife originally posted it (before he made changes to it). I asked if it was ok to re-post but never got confirmation

Yes it does. I have tried numerous links. They all open up in my browser. Just absolutely nothing happens when I click submit under adverts.

On line 806 I have tried:
"adpage.php"
"adpage"
"ad_image.php"
"ad_image"
"https://myurlhost/api/adpage.php"
Absolutely nothing works.

I see someone had the same exact issue on page 4. This was the solution but I am a newbie and have absolutely no idea what this means.

I made that API and used a template for ad_image.php, so i am sure i know the exact issue. it's been fixed and i have posted the correct way how to fix it. Fix that line of code and delete the database file. Run the panel again it should recreate the database with correct tables. Once that's done you should be able to add and edit ad images.
