REQUEST Smarters 3.0.9.1 with new layout

Hi here i have a smarters with new layout however i am unable to get it to work with the ftg v3 smarters panel posted on here n was wondering if someone could possibly get it working with a panel please

In this case the apk is locked to FTG panel so having the app itself is useless unless you also have the panel
and before you ask its highly un lightly that someone will give you the panel files unless your prepared to loose an arm and a leg
you would need to contact the man himself for any chance of this happening not the other way around and he contact you

not 100 percent true. Just edit the correct files and volia. Although ill drop this one out of respect for fire. I have two other copes that go to other panels and im about 20 min to be done with my own advert panel. Fire if these others are stolen pm me you helped me way to much to rip ya off
