Its target sdk you want to change not sdk 24 in android manifest

Look in androidmanifest.xml

The base64 encrypted app name and package name is in the classes.dex files

sorry mate thick as **** cant find either found base64 file but nothing i can see is editable when search classes im just as screwed is the a special words that make it easier to locate

if the name of the app is Smarters
base64 encrypt that word which is U21hcnRlcnM=
and search for that

Make sure the app name for the base64 is exactly the same as the app so

as you mentioned earlier you're new to this, what editing app(s) are you using? as you may find one easier to use than another but that doesn't mean it is better suited to smarters or specific types of edits
regarding base64 and smarters name change, there are several tutorials on the forum to help such as this tutorial showing apkeditor being used or this tutorial with mt manager

ok seems to work fine 4k max stick not on my 4k stick

target set to 28
my os is 6.7.00 is there any setting that would be better for this to run
any help be great full
