DOWNLOAD SMART KODI

I seen something like this on these forums over the weekend and decided to convert an old theme I had to a Kodi like front end
of course its Smarters underneath but some people liked the old style kodi interface and will find this interesting ,
feel free to modify this as only grabbed the first images I had at hand , the top right menu (admin,record, etc.) could do with a bit more work to it tbh.
This should run on any V2 Smarters panel.
(Use MT to edit this else will not work on Android 11 after you sign it)

top right buttons can do with a bit of TLC for sure maybe colored buttons like on tv remote ? can then include the bell for messages (blanked atm)

does the images have to be webp or jpeg ok for background images

in this app because its using images to make the display look like its kodi its using webp but not a big issue
i use paint.net (free version not microshyte version) and you can load ANY .jpg or .png image into to paint , edit it or not and then just select save as , ther is an option for webp format

aye i sussed it boss, just made jpeg via PS then converted it to webp. also seen when swapping out images in MT how do you save the changes to just install the apk again over the current one and it'll replace it

I switched it up slightly with adding my own images etc but still essentially same as @G-man. Everyone feel free to switch mine up a lil, i did think about tinkering with the top right icons to xbmc logo, but i'm only an amateur

nice to see people trying different stuff , its the only way to get better at this is to try different things ,
will go back eventually and do the top buttons trouble with smarters is the icons are tiny unlike xciptv top buttons which give you a little more room ,also they are not all quite the same size ? out of my ballpark on how to make them bigger but someone on here may know a solution

yeah true they are tiny compared to XC ones but you done nice job ?

it should be relatively easy enough to resize em for those already familiar with editing the set of layout xml files of that main dash screen by just changing height n width dimensions in those xml(of desired icon n linear layout if required)
