It's because you have the wrong copy of the module I do not believe this module is fully nulled as it states it on page 1 of this thread here's a working link to the post that contains the actual working module.

Actually the one I posted works with version 8.5 just fine I'm running it now you must have missed something during a setup process Best thing to do is read one of the tutorials on here are you smarter's tutorial.

Two things you might check under the master settings under WHMCS there is a load all files option under the PHP code section that needs to be checked load all files and then the other thing I would check is the setup checklist to see if there's anything you're missing and then make sure your modules activated.

When I used xtreme UI I ran it on whmcs 8.5 too. My friend is talking about above is my site that he did for me. It is still running to this day only difference is I moved on to 1 stream panel so different paid module so whatever he did he did something different than most people are doing or most people are doing something wrong.
