INFO red dot in notification area.

Why is this red dot there? If I send a notification through the panel, it disappears from there and writes 1. It disappears after reading the notification. But if I delete the notification on the panel, a red dot appears there and does not go away.

thats beause when i built the api, i had it read 1 for read 0 for no, since its null it will show as 0. just make sure you always have a notification active
i can add a fix for this but too busy atm with other projects.
