REQUEST Rclone movies no found roku

Hello friends, I have my service with movies and series in Rclone but when loading on Roku they do not load the movies, has this happened to someone else, I use Xuione

I use ibo player, ott player and revolut player but the vod only channels work in none of them, but if I put movies downloaded directly on the server they work, I mean only the error happens with rclone dropbox on roku on android and smartv it works fine

check the codec of the file, some are not compatible, try to change on roku, settings HDMI and select audio Doby D DTS, or try with other file
