i had the spinner yesterday , the way i fixed it was i use hostinger for my panel files ,
1. goto your account and click on PHP Configuration.(pic1)
2. set your PHP version to (i choose 7.4)(pic2)
3. then click on the PHP Extensions tab
4 if you already have ioncube loader ticked , untick and save , then retick and save again so your re enabling it. (pic3)
that should then load the encrypter/decrypter you need for this app.

interesting i use hostinger to iv got php7.2 and ioncube set from awhile ago so maybe a bug in hostingers. thanks for this detailed help mate

i had to disable then re enable ioncube that could be it

Panel is showing ok on web hosting but on vps only getting this.
I have ioncube installed.

Trying this on web hosting as my vps is not showing panel right.
Bit unsure if my steps are right on the first and then what to do next.

i THINK there is an api missing in the address ? the adresses should end with api/api_android.php/ notice there is an extra api directory

Just a shot in the dark..,, But do you have sqlite installed?

please make sure php installed correctly and all packages of the same version of php too
