In this release

• XCIPTV language can be changed in panel
• Compatibility with smarters VOD layout (Raton TV APK) - 8 background images and captions can be set from the panel - great for PPV posters and new movies etc
• Bug in 1.3 apicall.php file fixed
• Other small/general fixes

Just in case anybody else gets confused. I spent about half an hour wondering if I had upgraded this properly as it kept showing version 1.3. It is version 1.4 but for clarity:

When you're adding your database details to db.php
Change $appVersion = "1.3" to $appVersion = "1.4";

I don't know what your going on about ... Mine switched to 1.4 for me I didn't have to change anything else after I updated

2-add new user
ex:
user: host_user
pass: xxxx
go back
3- add user to database
4- Manage User Privileges
5- mark ALL PRIVILEGES
go back

in-panel:
go to db.php file
host.xyz/onepanel/includes
edit db.php
localhost
username:host_user
pass: xxxx
dbname: host_database
but for me not working
