could someone explain to me the step by step commands to send to install the panel, if it needs some particular host, if it needs to be installed on cpanel or other, sorry but I'm a beginner trying to learn, I tried to install lamp server, phpmyadmin and apache2 moved to / html but didn't get any results

regarding this megapanel (and almost all app panels on here) it's as simple as uploading a file**
you should have some sort of "host management" tools to access, edit, upload files to your host like cpanel/similar, filemanagers, ftp, wordpress instances etc etc
some app panels do require specific/minimum php versions or plugins but again these are easily accessible/managed via your host backend management dashboard or similar
**as an aside, one would ask.... have you ever "successfully" uploaded any panel(tivimate, smarters or whatever) to any host before? and "successfully" got said panel working with an app?
are you familiar with cpanel(or any similar file managers) or ftp... and have you ever used any of those to send any sort of file to any sort of webhosting?
if you answered no to any of those then might be useful to first start by grasping the basics of those things.... just a thought
