hello, i want to design web tv and app where should i start?
Web Apps for iptv isn't a great idea as they are prone to attack unless you know what your doing...
as for the app side of things as mentioned above begin googling and youtubing how to edit the specific app you choose.
there is many apps available on this forum for example XIPTV fairly simple to edit and you will find many versions here to play with.
if you get stuck theres a few tutorials on here i beleive too.
