Stick via adb
Or emulator is already on the pc

If you open Smarters whilst you have internet then don't close it down, it will play movies whilst in Aeroplane mode.

typically it should be in android> data> your.app.package_name> files> downloads

replace your.app.package_name with the actual package name of the smarters app you're using

note - from android 11 onwards, the android>data folder is restricted so depending on your android os version and other device permission settings, the android>data folder may not be accessible without root or similar permissions and/or use of a root browser/explorer

transferring it anywhere is the easy bit lol
but guessing your end goal is obviously to be able to play it..... and that's the kicker

almost any good player will play the "first part" of .exo files set for any individual downloaded item but......... put simply, you'll get nowhere unless you find a "player" that can "use/read" the ".exi" index file which "helps" it to correctly order, compile n play "all" the scattered lil bits of .exo files
