REQUEST Looking for help with app sound but no picture

Looking for help with app I have smarters ads with sports guide but I've got some people getting sound but no picture on some channels first thought it was host so changed host but it's still the same any ideas?

its either your provider or a player setting ? adds with sport must be v3 so unlightly its built in player but here are some screens to check in the settings:-
stream format have your clients to test all three it could be this thats messing up.


or failing that try this :-
I normaly use hardware decoder as i use nvidia shield but no harm in testing between hardware and software


finally if the two above dont work try this :-
you will be presented with two options ,test both also if you add an external player like MX or VLC they will appear as choices also on this screen .

Do they use fire sticks? As i had a few having that and a few audio was delayed by 1-2sek and if player settings changes didn't help they had to change something on the stick settings.

Or tell them to install xciptv funny thing is i have 3 fire sticks at home and they all same generation and 2 works on exo 1 on vlc and be smart why lol

i know hevc streams do not play picture on webplayers due to the codec that the webplayer is using so if your service uses these streams it could well be the player
