IPTVBoss is a powerful channel and EPG Editor. EPG content is free and built into the app. Can pull information from M3U/XMLTV files or XC information.

Allows you to customize channel lists/groups and EPG information for channels. Similar to M3U4U, but a non-online option that runs locally with better EPG information and has more features.

Exports files that can easily be imported to any IPTV program.

Comes with Windows EXE or JAR (java) program options.
