Installing ipvanish vpn

Hi I need help installing ipvanish vpn into smart iptv app v3 with panel i add ovpn file but can;t add CERTIFICATE (ca.com.crt) file into smart iptv app download folder ?vpn not connecting

Am looking for the vpn smarters apk and panel am sure was around somewhere u can add your ip vanish to it then give a different code to customers
