I am probably like most of you and have an account with Hostinger , I have had an account for must be five years or more since Kodi days
and up until a few months ago I never had a real complaint ,.............but since they introduced that fecking malware checker its run riot over my panel files and the time had come to switch to plan B so I read up on it on here and decided to go with http://buyfasthosting.com went for the intermediate package @£4.99 per month , or £29.99 for six months.
it took around an hour to activate and I could get to the Cpanel all pretty straight forward but a few things I dont understand ,

I think I have SLL activated but not sure
I worked out what version of .php I am using but where do I check what addons are installed like ioncube loader , source guardian, etc. ?
I know everything goes into the public_html folder but what are all the other folders for like bin,etc,perl,php,ssl,tmp,perl5 ? do I just leave them alone?
They assume you know what you are doing but i will not be the only person scratching their heads with this.

so anyone can shed some light on this for myself and others it would be great
in particular the ,php addons , on hostinger its quite easy to find and use.

As far as setting SSL settings all you need to do is open cpanel and then go to the let's encrypt app and select your domains and issue in new SSL certificate to them. I think I had to private message him to have him install ioncube for me but other than that all other add-ons were installed and PHP was up to date hope this helps

Yes login and go to services at top then choose my services, click on the middle where it shows your hosting under product/service. On the left choose login to cpanel. Scroll down and you'll see php in the list

I have the ultimate package pal n I have everything setup I'll post a file to use to find out what php plugins are installed soon pal all you will need to do is upload to the public_html folder and type in the domain url with the name of the php file at the end

that little script worked a charm , both ioncube and source guardian pre loaded
plus ssl working ok now

didnt know it was your hosting all working fine for me all panels , it took a day for SLL to iron out and new domain to settle but all good for me

Yes mate it is, glad your working all good yeah ssl has wait for dns to fully move propagation thats all.
