REQUEST I'm going crazy asking for help for xciptv app

Good morning, I wanted an explanation since I have recently been modifying apps, practically many xciptv apps that I downloaded from the forum, once installed they load, I see the logo on the TV but then they close without letting me log in. I use quickapktool to decompile and compile but maybe I need to do something in particular?

dont know much about quickapktool but if i were to guess i would say its that as not many people on here use it ?
MT or some versions of apkeditor ultra

fuck me !!! i just read a thread you posted in and you are giving advice on how to edit XCIPTV with MT manager ? or are you quoting somone else? either way its saying the same thing use MT manager

Can you elaborate on what edits you made. List all if possible then we can point you in the right direction

It's the same process Easy APK Tool as it just uses apktool.jar + bat from Android SDK tool and works for everything I've thrown at it, Smarters, Smarters + ads, Smarters + ads w/ app launcher, RTX XC v6, and the other XC I've already added to the Auto-Edit tool.

hi @bollinger73 as @FelixSchrodinger said try to elaborate on what you've done so far, that way people might be able to better assist

you mentioned you decompile n compile but dont mention what exactly you edit.... plus it just says you downloaded app, installed, it loads n shows logo n crashes/closes - which it definitely would do if url/dns edits has not been made (or were made incorrectly) as the app obviously cant pull the info it needs to display the login screen with details you would have put in the panel (so have you sorted out everything panel side? panel installed, relevant sections correctly filled etc?)

also, just going by your post in the snapshot which @G-man showed above you're asking where to make edits to put in panel urlwhich seems to indicate that maybe you're new to or unfamiliar with inputting panel url paths into apps ...... bcos within the main post which is the exact same one you quoted it was mentioned by the main poster @KrazyK78 to " Search: https://yourdns/onepanel/xciptv/ " and that there are "8 places" to replace (or maybe you missed it)

so per that post, simply ensure that your onepanel is all setup n good then go ahead n pop in your onepanel xciptv path into the app per intructions in the thread
and if still having issues then providing more info/detail on your process to this point would help others possibly be able to help you

Well put, dns is what I suspect (or app name in XC panel) I'll add onto this, that the dns you have to change might differ between versions depending on who edited it.

good morning thanks for answering me I basically use QuickAPKTool I take .apk file and decompile it then with notepad++ I edit it and then I compile it with QuickAPKTool. But is the name of the app important in the panel? Could this be the problem?

Well without elaborating on all the edits you made mate for app name, package name, dns etc, I aren't sure.

Come to think of it, the app name being wrong should get to the login screen still. So more likely to be you haven't edited the panel URL/dns, names and package names in the decompiled app properly. At the minute with the very limited info you've given us, I couldn't tell you.

Advise you to go back to where you got the APK from and read all the comments on the thread.

Open NP++, press Ctrl + F, go to the find in files tab. Then search the existing URL that should be with the instructions with the app you downloaded or from the page in the forum.

About as much help as I'm gonna give as you havent shared any information that we can help you with after mentioning it a few times. Good luck

you mentioned the name of the app and if changing it will effect ?
I know of one well known coder that especially with XCIPTV the name of the app must match the name you add to the panel
so many versions of xciptv flying around that its hard to pinpoint your problem

change one thing at a time recompile and test , you will eventually find the culprit

edit: also does the app run with the panel without any edits ?
