It does, make sure to have php 7.4 in your hosting.

Just did a test in one of the IBO 3.8 app and it works. Make sure to have php 7.4 and point the apk to panelurl/a/getappuser.php

not sure as i never use one panel but your redirect in the apk ends with ibo/IBO ?
your panel address ends with ibo ?
are you sure IBO should be there ?
like i said i dont use onepanel but this stood out to me just by looking at your pictures
