REQUEST IBO Player

Hello guys! I have apps IBO IPTV and STB, on my xiaomi box the app IBO IPTV it's installed and works perfectly fine, but the app STB it does install but can't starts to work, it doesn't read the playlist. Does someone had this kind of problem or knows how to help me solve it? Thanks in advance
