How to secure Cpanel

Looking to secure my cpanel, are there apps on here ? I've made an appstore and so far I haven't given anyone access but it is getting hit by 195.123.241.123 constantly which slows down my d'load speed....

Drop an index.php file in each folder and sub folder u dont want folks in.

unzip this file and put it in the folders you need to protect hope it helps
