REQUEST how to Disable autostart on bootup in smarters

Does anyone know how to disable / untick the autostart on bootup option in the general settings in smarters ?
Looking to find the config for it and untick it by default.

Same here I previously looked and did not see it at all.

I am having this same issue. Anyone know how to do this? Or does anyone have two identical Smarters 3 with one the setting on and one the setting off. That would also help me find the setting.
