Need help to changing color movies rating. Bit confused.. thanks alot

Install app on laptop using an emulator. Go to movies and take a screen shot. Use a color picker to pick the color. Search app for that colour. And change

There are a number of ways to do this , it took me all of 30 seconds
use the method described above by atomant247 it works 99% of the time
I could do it for you but you would not learn anything if I did ?
so take a screenshot as suggestted
open the screenshot up in a paint package and select the color
you now have the color code for that color on screen copy it,
I would suggest opening the colors.xml first before you decompile the whole apk as most colors are there
Use MT manager , open colors xml
and three dots top right click on them and select search , now copy paste the color code in
you will find it first hit , and name will not surprise you
do it yoiurself and you will remember how its done also same method for most colors in apps.

It's there 100% I did the steps and found it straight away , you have to put a little work in to get results it's 100 % there , I even gave you a clue above to point you .

It will 1000% be in the colors xml file, not sure if you're looking in the wrong place. Seeing as though you've done a little bit of leg work, I'll give some pointers... but G-man is right that it's best for you to teach yourself.

Follow from what G-man said, theres a color picker plugin in MT Manager too if using it on phone, it acts as an overlay on your screen, so can open your app up on phone and drag the color picker over the colour you want.

DONT INCLUDE THE "#" in the search if you have one there or you won't find it and careful your search isn't case-sensitive as you don't know if it's in capitals or lower-case in colors.xml file.

If you want to to learn more and dig deeper when you're investigating apps, grab Developer Assistant. Saves a lot of time rather than blindly guessing and trial and error. You can also search for "cv_rating" and change the colours under there in all the layout folders if you wanted to give it a different colour to other stuff... but will take longer to figure out if you're unsure what you're doing.

I gave him the solution m8 , he did not reply so dont know if he fixed it himself , I could have said open color.xml and search for the word blue but that would have been to easy ? Instead I think he didn't even try to do it himself , I don't mind helping anyone as long as they are willing to help themselves as many will attest to some people are decent enough and thank you while other want spoon feeding
