help needed with ioncube loader

I have ionis hosting with php set to 7.4 and have installed ioncube loader installed as per this guide...

Unfortunately I am still getting the following error message when trying to access panels such as xciptv, smarters and flix

Site error: the ionCube PHP Loader needs to be installed. This is a widely used PHP extension for running ionCube protected PHP code, website security and malware blocking. Please visit get-loader.ioncube.com for install assistance.


Can anyone help with what is still needed to get this sorted please. As far as I can see its installed fine

on a vps need make sure ioncube loader is installed for that correct php version, different on different os to install, and then restart apache if vps or dedicated

Make sure to add the php.ini you created into the panels folders also.
