REQUEST Help for a newbie pretty please

Hi guys i can see from all the posts there are many talented and hugely smart folks in here so please excuse my noobish questions. I have alot of extra time nowadays (bloody covid) and i need something to help focus my brain so i thought about learning how to create my own smarters or xciptv apk and to just have a general play and mess around. I have a server (from contabo) that i think i needed to install the panel, and i have the apk editors ready, what im looking for if possible is a little guide onm how to install and access the panel and how to link it with said apk.

If anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated.

Or if someone can give me a hint on what file I'm editing to add the server DNS in I would be grateful

Sorry mate I missed this last night, which version xciptv are you trying to edit?
As for panel as in my post last night in How To's.
Add the zip to your server,
Extract the zip to create a folder with the panel files in.
Then go to your web browser

http://serverdns/foldername

To setup your panel

yes i have done that, and i have installed SQLite3 on the server, but when entering the details of the folder on the web i end up getting connected to a text config screen so i think im missing a step somewhere
