I've modded Femto Player 1.2.0 (the last stable version IMO) and created a custom panel. The panel is single DNS at the moment but I'll look at making it multi DNS when time allows if that would be of use.
I created my own panel because the ones out there that I found were woefully insecure (as a lot of panels are unfortunately) and a little clunky.
When the panel is installed a unique key is created and stored which is then used to encrypt the details in the SQLite database - this means that if the SQLite database is exposed it's useless - I've included an .htaccess to protect the database file being downloadable but please note this is only effective in Apache hosted panels, nginx or LiteSpeed don't honour .htaccess files (please check your existing panels). I've also made sure you need to be authenticated before updating any details - a lot of panels out there allow you to make changes unauthenticated by POSTing to the pages directly.

To point the app to your panel edit the APK SMALI and replace all instances of https://yoururl.here/api/ with your own URL. It's in the following locations - but just use a find and replace all.
