I have bought a cPanel from fast hosting. I could do with a bit of help setting up folders and directing to apk?

Use the in built file manager or use FTP.

I'm personally using my android device and using power FTP to upload panel files

Winscp is a great easy free ftp client for windows to use

i started off with FTP but on windows you can drag and drop found it easier
Also when setting up your directories future proof them and dont be afraid to make sub directories
