INFO Banned for spamming

I have a question and if it's none of my business or doesn't need to be disclosed, don't just delete this thread but I referred somebody yesterday to the site and they signed up and they said as soon as they signed up they were banned for spamming and they didn't post anything. I don't know 100% if that's true or not. But I told him I would check on it. His username is Jmbabyapex

sometimes this is emails they use mate, like gmx or other unknown emails, we get spammers and bots signing up to site everyday so when signing up use gmail, yahoo,hotmail, outlook etc. if you tell me username he signed up with i can adjust it for him anyway.

this account is now sorted, the reason for this is . in email

e.g [email protected]

gmail . arent included in a username so if sign up with . like that in email we ignore it because majority of time its someone trying have multiple accounts.
