looking in the assets folder, searching for "splashscreenfile" in smali, or simply looking at the class public of splashactivity in dex n you'll easily find hints, fullname and developer name of the "app.." used to create the intro video

.splashscreenfile is a familiar "filename pattern" to anyone who uses the said "app.." to mod intro video into other apks however it's a relatively expensive app (think it used to be 300, 600, and 1500 for the top 3 tiers/plan) that has full features which includes ability to add intro videos to almost any apk without device locks

dont think the app is a secret or anything as it has been around for few years n would bet a bunch of people on here already know of or use the app.... just wanted to offer a pointer
and just as there's usually more than one way to achieve an editing goal on an apk, there are also other ways of adding intro video to an apk
