Has anyone been able to pair this XCIPTV app with the xciptv panel from Gizmo (link below)? I was able to access the panel, add my DNS adresses, they saved fine. And on the apk file, I replaced the panel address to where mine is hosted, but app doesn't get to select a panel screen.

I did the signature on MT. When i open my signed app, it kinda wants to load (main background and launch icon visible) then crashes.

Edit: Fixed! My panel address I was missing part of the directory path specifically: /api/

Edit 2: I tried to do package name on MT but was unsuccessful, so I did it on Apk editor ultra. I was able to chamge package name. However, I noticed a bug when I click on TV guide, it crashes the app.

Feels great to figure this stuff out, almost there.

I made the same mistake missed of the api

My TV guide is fine did nothing different you deffintly got all the links changed ?

Only thing I cannot figure is the theme won't change and buttons won't change/hide just a standerd screen works perfect but can't alter layout or change buttons etc..wondering if it's something in panel that's different. .

Anyone have a copy of one panel can send so I can test please ??

As someone else posted in the FTG panel thread, the themes don't work from the panel. (Inside app, settings, other layout, you can enable OTR layout but not any other one). Also the player.php settings didn't push thru to app (only related to first time install). I'll be trying to get it working wil onepanel possibly, but need to learn how to set that one up first.

If you have a preference for a theme you might be able to change the apiIPTV.php and main.json inside the api folder for panel files. Using a text editor lile notepad++ you can see and tweak default settings. I did these for play settings, not sure if it would also work for themes. Thankfully i prefer the default theme, so I didnt mess with that.

For some reason MT manager didn't work for me (would crash after package rename.

However apk editor ultra worked. Work on the standalone apk file (not the "installed" version. in apk editor, Make sure you change all the instances of andyhax after you enable the smali. Theres quite a few andhax references. Then the app name "XCIPTV 6.0 VPN" can be changed easily since its just ine instance.

Also, there's one "AndyHax" instance that won't affect functionality but will appear if you open the app infor within app settings. Hope that helps.

After signing and opening app, click on all buttons inside app. Sometimes the settings button may not work for example.

Not from the theme section since that appears to be broken, but in one of the panel files it has all the default settings, open the files in notepad; I can check later if you can't find it. For example, I needed to have exoplayer as the default and I was able to do that from the file. I made the change in notepad and then saved it. Please note: You will only notice the default settings channge in a fresh installation, it wont push update already installed instances of the app; so delete and reinstall app to check if it worked. Good luck.

I already tried to do this, the app does not recognize the new_layout.

Anyone getting virus alert on phone (Bitdefender). Checked with virus total says has evo gen although thats only Avast which is crap with false positives.

Could be the host your using detecting panel as malware, there is no reason for this app to stop working
