How To Remove Intro Video From Smaters V4?
Theres no Panel Option to remove with the new TMDB auto ads panel
Is it the same a XCIPTV?
Edit lines in the Android Manifest

Replaces the intro with an empty intro

Delete your intro. Replaced it with my intro. Change the name of my intro to intro.mp4

If it still works I believe it you search up In your editing software mt manager or apk editor search for splash video and change them around that's the way I've got rid of other smarters intro etc

Smarters is different to XCIPTV
Not looked at V4 but V3 was done like this :-
to remove intro in smarters v3.1.5
smali f/j.a/h/i/a.smali
line 160 change from V1 to V0

it will be very much the same you will just have to find location

or put a blank mp4 in the raw folder normally will work as well

If its RTX same mod as xc in the manifest.
