REQUEST Xciptv problems with XUI

I'm wondering if anybody has had problems with XCIPTV version 803 with a cockpit panels I have a couple people using this app and also using XUI and like you get it kicked out of the apps and I'll try to insert. It is not the app that is something to do with the security settings on their server, but I just wanted to double check and make sure there was an impossible bug I didn't know about.

Unfortunately, the XCIPTV 803 APP crashes on every device after a few weeks. If you go to the app and delete data, you can get the app running again, re-enter your username and password, and get the app running again
